Gut Healing Essential oils/Gut Healing Foods   

The use of the essential oils should be used in all forms: Inhalation, Topical and Ingestion. 

-3 to 4 drops drops oil of oregano with olive oil in an enteric coated capsule to heal Leaky Gut Syndrome.   It is a natural antibiotic.
-Peppermint. It's inflammation soothing, healing effects on SIBO and IBS
-Caraway. It has been compared to antibacterial drugs that treat colitis. 
-Orange. It helps with Intestinal Dysbiosis. It's an umbrella term that targets the whole gut and a host of     different ailments.  
-Thyme. It's an ancient healing oils that are extremely profound because it's rich in thymol. It is very affective against infection as a whole. Strongly recommended for MRSA.
-Ginger, lemon and Tarragon for general indigestion. Lemon can be carried during pregnancy and inhaled   for nausea. 
-Cumin

Foods that Heal:

-Bone Broth
-Ghee
-Coconut Oil
-Coconut Butter
-ACV
-Beef Gelatin or collagen
-Ginger Tea
-Fermented foods with No peppers and no HOT spices. This is to heal the gut and not cause   inflammation
-Carrot and radish with cabbage is the best to feed the micro-organisms in your gut.
 It's good for detoxing the gut and protecting the small intestine. It also detoxifies your liver and the bad estrogens out of your body. Overtime these should give you more energy because they boost your vitamin B levels. 
-Coconut Water Kefir. It stimulates and encourages the flow of all acids and enzymes for digestion that is needed for your body.
-Pumpkin Seeds. They need to be eaten daily, at least a handful a day. They are very powerful for killing parasites. Sprouted pumpkin seeds should be eaten as well. Pumpkin seeds strengthen the gut lining. 


All these essential oils only kill the pathological bacteria. They will leave our good bacteria alone.
